Born in Israel and raised in Miami, Dan was captivated by the beauty of luxury homes from a young age, and this sparked his desire to pursue a career in real estate. Dan had always searched for out of the box methods to succeed and at just 18 years old, with multiple businesses under his belt, he found his way into the real estate world and quickly built a reputation for success. With over 100 Million dollars of purchased and sold real estate, Dan was finally able to turn his dream into a reality, designing and developing high end 1/1 spec homes for the world to enjoy.

Dan's ultimate goal was to build high-end, million-dollar homes, and he started with affordable single-family homes in Miami. Over the years, Dan has developed extensive knowledge in construction, constantly incorporating the latest technology and innovative materials in his projects.
